Make your own "Wendy's" Taco salad
Many years ago Wendy's had a taco salad I use to love but of course completely unhealth. I can make my version of that dish with baked tortilla chips topped with this chili, cilantro/lime cashew cream, pickled jalapenos, a bunch of veggies and sprinkle with nutritional yeast. Yummy!!!
Great tasting & healthy chili
This low sodium, no-added sugar chili is perfect at home, at the office, in a backpack, and on the road. Great served over a big bowl of spinach and kale.
The Plantstrong soups came in handy when we were in the middle of nowhere and needing good food! I mix them with veggies and they make a great meal. Very tasty. Still too much sodium but less than the other brands and there's no sugar or oil so they aren't ruined with additives. Real flavor!
So happy that PlantStrong exists now. The Firehouse Chili is wonderful. You can add it to anything or eat it alone. We like it with soft tortillas and a bit of avocado. Or with wild rice or quinoa. It is seasoned perfectly.
